love knows no color, love knows no culture but love knows God because God is Love. sounds very biblical, right? but thats how i understand love and i am very sure monish and louisa believe that way too. there’s no better way to celebrate this union but with God.
it was a gloomy day with a storm approaching. all over the news that day, its about another big storm hitting our tiny country. but it didnt stop monish and louisa to hope and pray for the best weather possible. who would want rain to ruin everything you have prepared for months, right? we were hoping for the weather to get better too, because aside from we are not comfortable shooting in the rain, it would limit a lot of things. the weather was teasing us and even challenging us to think of better ways than being sorry.
we reached the mango farm with the same prayer. thank God not a single drop ruined this once-in-a-lifetime for monish and louisa. though it was a bit gloomy, it didnt stop the ceremony to feel very joyous amidst tears and smiles. what we witnessed was a colorful display of affection and happiness. instead of two clashing culture, there was unity. it was so seamless, just pure bliss.
enjoy colors, culture and love ahead!
